The Story Audit

I conduct phone interviews (25-35 minutes each) with 12-20 stakeholders to uncover the state of the story.

Synthesizing the Story Audit

Response to phone interviews becomes the raw material for the improved story. We look for your brand’s DNA and over-arching story themes.

Crafting the Narrative

Your brand vision (or highest purpose) told in the form of a three-act story.  We select the appropriate genre for your story, and decide which universal archetype is most like your brand.

In this phase we want to:

  • elevate your purpose
  • clarify your organizing concept
  • create a more compelling story, and
  • determine universal signals that cue your audience to the meaning of your brand

Creating the Brand Management System and Communications Platform

The narrative converted into relevant talking points for your multiple internal and external audiences, and recommendations on how to make the brand perform across a variety of media (such as your website homepage,  an evergreen marketing brochure, a direct mail piece, or an on-line newsletter).
